We are looking for a reliable Helper to support our team and contribute to the growth of our brand visibility across the GTA. This role involves assisting with project cleanup, preparing materials, managing basic social media tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup

  • Provide support to skilled trades and managers

  • Help organize tools, materials, and supplies

  • Contribute to social media and marketing activities

  • Proven ability to create and manage online campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with content creation (photos, videos, blogs) to showcase projects

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies for better results

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective campaigns

  • Team player who can collaborate with management, designers, and contractors
