2. Terms & Conditions

- Razco provides renovation services across the GTA.
- Quotes are estimates and subject to revision after inspection.
- A signed contract is required for all projects.
Payments
- Quotes depend on project details and may change with scope adjustments.
- Deposits are typically required to secure project scheduling.
- Final payment terms are outlined in contracts.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and access to the property.
- Secure required permits unless otherwise agreed.
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free workspace.
Warranties
- Workmanship warranties will be detailed in your project contract.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials/products used.
Limitation of Liability
- Razco is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- Delays beyond our control (weather, supply shortages, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property
- Content on razco.ca is owned by Razco.
- Copying or reuse without permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
- Governed by Ontario, Canada laws.
- Disputes handled in Ontario courts.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
- Deposits made to secure projects are non-refundable, unless Razco cancels the project.
Cancellations by Client
- Cancellations made 7+ days before project start: client may be eligible for partial refund of payments beyond deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of project start: no refunds, as resources and scheduling are already allocated.
Cancellations by Razco
- If Razco cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, all client payments (including deposits) will be refunded.
Scope Changes
- Changes in project scope may affect cost and timeline.
- Additional work requires written approval and may require additional payment.
