Razco Renovation didn't begin in an office — it began on the job site. Our founder, Pouya Raz, spent his early years in Canada working for one of the GTA's high-end luxury construction companies, where precision wasn't optional and "good enough" was never in the vocabulary. He rose to lead crews on demanding, detail-obsessed builds, learning the craft from the studs out.

But he kept noticing the same thing: the level of care reserved for luxury projects rarely reached everyday homeowners. People renovating their own kitchens, bathrooms, and basements deserved the same craftsmanship, honesty, and finish — without the luxury-construction runaround. So he built Razco Renovation to close that gap.

What started as small jobs grew, one satisfied client at a time, into a full-service renovation company serving Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area. Today we handle custom kitchens and bathrooms, basement finishing and legal secondary suites, painting, flooring, fireplace feature walls, custom cabinetry, and complete home transformations — every one held to the same standard Pouya learned on those first luxury sites.

More than a decade later, the mission hasn't changed: bring high-end craftsmanship within reach, treat every home like our own, and finish what we start — on time, on budget, and built to last. Most of our new projects still come from referrals, and to us, that trust is the truest measure of our work.
